Project three- potential look for packaging

After playing around with the logo, I thought it would be great to create some mock-ups of packaging that would be used to send out products. When it comes to this packaging I want it to have an eco feel. With all the amazing work  that Kew Gardens does I would want to honour that by choosing perfect packaging.

That is why all packaging would include no plastic and would be fully recyclable. As for the design I would also want that to have no negative impacts when screen printed. Therefore, I would want all inks used to be environmentally friendly and not have any environmental impact.

As for the design, I want the design that could be seen on the box to feel a little more abstract and natural to contrast against the full colour and detailed illustrations of the collection. I think this will make it feel a bit fun and  a lot more natural.

Below shows the elements I designed after the sketch above. I hope to use these different elements for both on the packaging and with tissue paper. Both being printed using screen-printing when it comes to production.
