Project three- developed ceramics set

After going through some ceramics ideas including, inspiration workshops and sketches I desired to experiment and really finalise some idea for my ceramics. Above shows the set I have in mind, including a big dinner plate, a tea plate and bowl. I wanted to include a variation of shapes to create a full collection. As for the artwork I wanted to carry on that style I experimented with  and carry on the theme of tropical plants inspired by the palm house. This includes, palm leaves, alocasia and monstera. 

I really like these designs and feel they could work as a whole. As for the process, I will not be making my own ceramics as for the silkscreen process it is best to use China and this is not something I can do at uni.
